“I have worked with Stanton House as both a candidate looking for a role and as a client looking to recruit talented individuals. As a candidate Stanton House sort to understand the kind of role and organisation that best suited my skills and the direction I wanted to take my career in. From a client perspective Stanton House have really understood the needs of our business as it makes the difficult transition from Print to Digital, and the type of individuals that would best fit within the team and culture we are developing.

McGraw-Hill Education delivers digital learning through customised educational content, software and services for pre-school through post graduate education.
McGraw-Hill Education is currently transitioning from a print-based business model to customised content sold through subscriptions. This shift has accelerated in recent years and provides digital products and services to over 11 million users.
Formerly a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, McGraw Hill Education was divested from McGraw Hill Financial and acquired by Apollo Global Management in March 2013 for $2.5 billion cash.
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, EMEA has engaged with Stanton House over the past 18 months to help build a strong, business focused FP&A team. McGraw-Hill Education requires high calibre individuals that are comfortable working in a demanding environment with the flexibility to pick up ad hoc tasks. The business has gone through a restructure and therefore requires individuals who can effectively work with the wider business to help drive performance.
Stanton House has spent time understanding the business through meetings and challenging competencies required to succeed in the organisation and help drive positive change.
To date (April 2015), Stanton House has placed 3 permanent members of the finance team. Roles have ranged from newly qualified through to (and including) the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis EMEA.
The partnership continues with regular meetings, introductions to the wider business and on-going consultative advice.
