Our client is a PE backed market leader in the outsourcing of Talent & HR solutions both here and internationally. It is looking to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner to support key internal stakeholders in delivering ambitious growth plans.

Partnering with a Divisional MD and reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will provide decision support and financial insight for a new division within the business. Sitting as part of the divisions senior management team you will be take full responsibility for financial reporting and operational management, strategic planning, investment support and pricing, cost and margin analysis for business development.

Responsibilities

* Partner with senior stakeholders and sit on the divisional management team to provide input across all financial and non-financial matters
* Oversee and manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the division
* Provide pricing, cost and margin analysis on business development opportunities as well as effective modelling of pricing scenarios for client pitches
* Work closely with business leaders to develop business strategy and prioritise cost/investment decisions
* Involvement in large scale projects, such as support on any M&A activity


Requirements

* Qualified Accountant (ACA or CIMA)
* Relevant FP&A experience gained within a large listed company
* Strong financial modelling skills
* Demonstrable business partnering experience with the ability to communicate complex financial information to a variety of stakeholders
