A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Head of FP&A to join a globally known FTSE 250 company based in the Surrey area.

The role is one that requires a highly motivated, experienced and hands-on professional to take up the responsibility of overseeing and managing all planning processes within the Group function of the business. Furthermore, through having interaction with the frontline of the business, including key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role within the Finance function of organisation with the goal of driving forward the Planning & Analysis aspect of the division.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to:

* Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive post-qualification experience within a large corporate environment.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to have a positive influence on colleagues throughout the business
* Have excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems with sometimes incomplete sets of data.
* Have a strong track record of delivering successes in a business partnering function of the business.



A little more information about the role:

* You will act as the key business partner within the Finance function of the business.
* You will ensure that the organisations forecasting and cash flow model is streamlined and efficient to improve profitability.
* You will be expected to be involved in various projects on an ad hoc basis.
* You will build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, with the aim of driving forward the business through its modelling.
