A global pharmaceutical business is looking for a talented ex-management consultant, Project Manager, to join one of their strategy and transformation teams in order to design and deliver multiple projects across different areas of the business to improve their structure and efficiency.



This is a great assignment for somebody who wants the opportunity to contribute greatly to a business using the methodology and structured approach they have learnt from their management consulting background. The hiring manager describes the role as:

A position where we need someone I can trust to get on with stakeholders across the organisation and use their own business knowledge and project management methodology to drive change.



To successfully deliver in this high-profile business transformation role you will need to have:

* A Management Consulting background (with one of the Big 4 or an equivalent) - having worked up to Manager or Senior Manager level.
* Experience in owning full lifecycle transformation projects.
* Experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design - conducting as-is assessments as well as designing the to-be and driving the changes.
* Worked with multiple stakeholders across businesses at all levels of seniority.
* Strong communication skills as well as strong demonstration of assurance and governance skills.



A finance qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) and experience across the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.



A little more information about the role - you will be:

* Managing multiple projects with full ownership over TOM transformation projects and/or technology transformation projects.
* Driving the end-to-end delivery of these projects from pre-implementation/assessment phase to design and implementation.
* Setting up the appropriate level of governance working with the PMO.
* Collaborating and managing stakeholders at all levels of the business as well as presenting to senior management at appropriate phases of the project(s).
