Posting date: 28 Jan 2019

Emily Beebe, Chloe England and Fergus Hardy have today been promoted to Executive Consultant.

The three former Principals have been with Stanton House since 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively and have all been shining examples of career progression within the company.

Emily joined Stanton House as a Candidate Relationship Consultant in 2014 and started climbing the ranks early on becoming Consultant in 2015 followed by Principal in 2017 and as of today, Executive. Similarly, Chloe joined us as Consultant having recently graduated from Durham University. She became Principal Consultant last year and today joins Emily as one of three Executives in the company.

Fergus has also taken an extraordinary career journey with Stanton House since joining in 2016. Not only is he our third Executive Consultant in the company but also leads our Asset Management offering in Hong Kong.

Neil Wilson, CEO and co-founder of Stanton House said: "We are extremely proud that 3 of our people, who all joined Stanton House with little or no recruitment experience, have achieved the prestigious position of Executive Consultant.

"Chloe, Emily and Fergus have all produced amazing results and, importantly, have done so while remaining true to the Vision and Values of Stanton House.  As well as having the necessary talent to be top performers they also demonstrate an exceptional level of focus and the determination to do a great job.

"They are inspirational role models. We look forward to the next phase of their development."
