Meet David Fleming

Building and leading the Acuity business has been a fascinating adventure that has allowed me to pour all my learning from Stanton House, and a lengthy recruitment career before that, into a search firm that I believe, can and will do things differently. I genuinely believe in going the extra mile, in not compromising on finding the perfect match and in being humble, upfront and insightful.

Away from the day job, I will spend as much time as I can with my family. I love my sport. I run a fair bit, I enjoy and loathe golf in equal measure, and I do my best to pass my limited knowledge of football onto the next generation as a FA qualified coach running a team with limitless potential that (I hope) will one day be realised!
