Meet Lee Costello

I am the MD for Stanton House in the UK, and part of the group Operating Board.  I have worked in the recruitment sector for over 15 years, and have led, and built teams across both Permanent and Interim practices. I have a passion for developing both experienced and trainee consultants to be exceptional recruiters.  

Outside of work I have a busy family life with two children, a very supportive wife and a mad dog called Buddy.  I enjoy most sports, and have a season ticket at Brentford, after many years of hurt I am revelling in the joy of competing in the Premier League.
