I am the Director of Change and Communications at SH and I have the pleasure of working with everyone across the business to help drive the business forward. 

I am passionate about creating an environment where everyone understands our company vision, values and aspirations and feel part of SH's success. 

When I'm not working you will find me outdoors either running, walking or cycling or spending time with my two wonderful children!
