Job Summary

Stanton House are working with a fast growth business who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle FCC & Freeform Essbase Lead Administrator to take ownership of the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of our Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Freeform Essbase environments. This role is critical to ensuring our financial close and reporting processes are robust, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

FCC Implementation & Migration

• Lead the technical and functional administration of Oracle FCC and Freeform Essbase.
• Collaborate with Finance teams and internal Oracle experts to configure systems in line with business consolidation and close requirements.
• Oversee data migration and ensure integrity and accuracy during load processes from Oracle R12 (on-premise).

System Administration

• Manage day-to-day administration of Oracle FCC and Freeform Essbase, including user access and role-based security.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular system maintenance, such as patches, updates, and data backups.

User Support & Training

• Provide expert technical support to end-users, troubleshooting data load issues, system errors, and reporting problems.
• Create and deliver user training and documentation to increase proficiency across finance and technical teams.

Reporting & Data Management

• Design, develop, and maintain financial reports and dashboards in FCC to support consolidation and close processes.
• Maintain and enhance data integration between Oracle FCC, Freeform Essbase, and Oracle R12.
• Manage and optimize data mappings to support both migration efforts and business-as-usual operations.

Future Expansion & EPM Roadmap

• Support the assessment and rollout of additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EPBCS, ARCS, TRCS, EDMCS).
• Partner with finance and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM solutions, particularly FCC and Freeform Essbase.
• Proven track record in at least 2-3 full-cycle FCC implementations.
• Experience administering and supporting Freeform Essbase applications, including outline and dimension management.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes (e.g., currency translation, intercompany eliminations, GAAP/IFRS compliance).
• Experience in complex, multi-entity, multi-currency organisations with on-premise Oracle R12 integrations.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with other Oracle EPM modules (EPBCS, ARCS, TRCS, EDMCS).
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Groovy, EPM Automate).
• Background in finance or accounting is a plus.
