Bio
I am the CEO of Stanton House and was one of its founders.
The original idea for Stanton House was to create a differentiated company in a crowded recruitment marketplace. To be relevant we have to be able to add value and solve problems. So we focus on getting close to, and understanding, our customers. Building trusting relationships with people over the medium to long-term is how we have gained real traction.
We put in huge effort to deliver the right results, but are also happy to accept when we are not the right partner for a particular client or piece of work.
We hope our people enjoy what they do even in the face of the considerable ups and downs that come with the territory. They are supported, valued and challenged. We want them to achieve their potential in their time at Stanton House.
It has been hugely rewarding to see how our initial ideas for Stanton House have come to life to form a successful vibrant business.
Other than time with family and friends I try to keep fit and not eat too many biscuits. I love watching most sport but Liverpool FC is my big passion. One Premier League trophy in my lifetime would make me very happy.
I keep my brain active by reading about a wide range of subjects including current affairs, politics, business, arts and always have a novel on the go.

Delivering Exceptional Experiences
"A truly refreshing experience to meet with a recruitment professional who had researched well, understood the sector, and actively listened and understood what was being discussed. Great experience."
