CONTEXT

When Capita Group elected to divest its Asset Services Business, Stanton House Managed Solutions was appointed to deliver several workstreams within the Separation Programme.

The assignment involved deploying a full project team with only two weeks’ notice. The team had to
deliver the effective separation of the 3,000 FTE Asset Services Business (5 business units, across 30 locations) from Capita within a tight four-month timescale.

SOLUTION

Through our deep relationships with subject matter experts, we were able to quickly find and engage high-caliber professionals with separation expertise.

We quickly and effectively deployed a team of two Programme Managers, a Project Planner, a PMO Manager, an HR Project Manager and a Business
Analyst to deliver the separation.

OUTCOME

Our team successfully delivered the separation on time. What’s more, the Programme Director was so impressed, that they commissioned a further
Statement of Work with us, with the same team, to assist with the international integration with the acquiring business.

This included the migration of systems and data across HR, Finance, Risk and IT and was successfully delivered over the subsequent eight months.
