- Right to judicial review: in the event that Stanton House Ltd and/or Stanton House Inc. refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain as outlined below.
If you are a resident of California, you are entitled to additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

- Right to Delete: You can request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions. (such as legal obligations or compliance requirements) that might prevent deletion. For instance, data required for ongoing recruitment services or financial records needed for auditing.
- Right to Opt-Out of Data Sales: Although we do not sell personal data, California residents still have the right to opt-out of any potential future data sales.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights, such as by denying services or charging different prices.
