CONTEXT

Stanton House partnered with Laing O’Rourke early in 2021 to help them overcome some of the hiring challenges they faced. They were struggling to attract and secure the qualified Finance talent they needed. Being based in Dartford had previously caused the business to struggle to fill important roles across their Finance function. They were looking for a recruitment partner they could trust to take their
employer brand to market.

SOLUTION

Stanton House effectively became the ‘extended arm’ of Laing O’Rourke’s internal talent function. This enabled us to really understand their needs and
effectively communicate the fantastic career opportunities on offer. We worked closely with the Talent team to define and shape each role.
