OVERVIEW:

Once For All has built a unique single platform for companies to search, find and assess future business relationships based on skills, trades and other credentials including ESG and Social criteria. As a result, Once For All owns and manages one of the largest proprietary data sets for the Built Environment in Europe.

In the coming years, they are rolling out a full range of new services to their clients and creating a friction-free way of sharing this information within the industry. In time they plan to extend this capability to a wider industry focus as they invest in further capability.

Once For All are passionate about their customers and helping them to solve their problems. Their current operations are centred in France, the UK and Spain with growth in other European Countries and also Latin America.

 

CONTEXT:

Over the past two years, Stanton House has partnered exclusively with Once For All to make a number of key hires within the Finance function as the business has scaled quickly, been owned by two PE houses, and worked through a highly successful PE sale process. Due to this growth and change, there has been a focus on hiring high-calibre talent to ensure the finance function is set to allow the business to scale and expand geographically.

 

SOLUTION: 

Firstly, Stanton House placed specialist interim contractors to deliver key projects. We also placed a number of key permanent hires, at different levels, to support these contractors and projects.

 

OUTCOME:

After successfully placing two key direct reports for the CFO, Stanton House has enabled the continued growth and development of the finance function. Additionally, we have supported both the Group Financial Controller and the Head of FP&A by securing high-calibre talent for their teams.
