Founded in 2021, Radicl’s mission is to ensure companies that serve America's Defense Industrial Base (DIB) have access to strong, enterprise-grade cyber security protection. Founded by Chris Petersen, who co-founded LogRhythm, Dave Graff, a former Air Force fighter pilot and Lockheed Martin Skunkworks executive, and Matt Petersen, a founding LogRhythm engineer.
CONTEXT
Stanton House started working with Radicl when they set out to build their founding sales team, after securing $9m in funding, adding to the $3m previously raised. Their new round was led by Paladin Capital Group and included participation from Access Ventures and the DA Ventures Seed Fund.
OUTCOME
Stanton House went on to secure Radicl their founding sales team of one Account Executive and two Regional Sales Managers. A shortlist was sent within a week of being instructed on the search and three successful candidates were offered within 4 weeks of being engaged, who subsequently went on to start within 6 weeks.
