Director of Digital Demand Gen opportunity to join an early stage AI SecOps Automation vendor, a pioneer in their space

$200k-$250k OTE 80/20Split + Equity+ Benefits

Location: Remote US

Stanton House has exclusively partnered with a leading AI SecOps automation vendor who have pioneered their space and are growing exponentially. We have several key hires we are conducting searches for across their GTM team.

We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Digital Demand Generation lead demand generation initiatives from the ground up. In this role, you'll own the full demand generation strategy, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns and strategic partner collaborations.

This is a hugely exciting start-up led by serial entrepreneurs and who are backed by some of the most notable VCs and strategic investors in the Cybersecurity space. If you enjoy spearheading your specialty in a high growth environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
  • Experience in developing and managing partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives
  • Strong experience with marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Experience in building and executing ABM strategies
