CONTEXT
To support their growth strategy, their CFO identified the need to transform their back office to ensure they had standardised processes and a cost-effective Finance function that was fit for purpose.
Not having the expertise inhouse, the CFO decided to bring in a Finance Transformation Director to build and deliver a Finance Transformation programme.
Stanton House's role was to identify and secure a suitable candidate to lead the transformation programme and then work closely with them to resource the programme with top-tier Finance Transformation specialist talent.
SOLUTION
We thoroughly assessed the top Finance Transformation Leaders in the market, ultimately identifying an individual to run the programme who was a strong fit both technically and culturally.
We then worked with the Programme Director to help define resourcing requirements and ultimately deliver shortlists of suitable interims to help deliver
the programme.
A number of these roles required a blend of Finance, Change and Technology capability.
OUTCOME
The programme was built over a two-month period and resulted in the placement of ten professionals across Finance Process Design, PMO, Change Management and Training.
