Stanton House has been a valued partner to Vodafone for many years, having placed over 130 people into the business since 2011. After a quieter hiring period during the global pandemic, the business emerged needing to bolster the Finance function and reached out to Stanton House to support in hiring a number of key Finance roles within Commercial Finance and Finance Operations. Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of Vodafone, and they have a public target to reach 45% senior female representation by 2030. So, delivering diverse shortlists is an essential component when partnering with Vodafone.
