Finance Integration Lead (Post-Acquisition)

One of our PE backed clients is looking for a Post-Acquisition Finance Integration Lead to guide and lead the business through all finance integration activities following a new acquisition

Role: Post-Acquisition Finance Integration Lead

Contract: 6 months initially

Day Rate: £800pd-£1,000pd Outside IR35

Hybrid: 3 days a week in central London

The Hiring Manager describes this role as:

"A critical role to drive all finance integration activities following a strategic acquisition by the business. You will help guide the business through all system, process and people change within the finance integration post-acquisition."

Key Requirements:

• Must have delivered Finance integrations post-acquisition within a £50m-£150m deal range
• Experience within PE (private equity) backed businesses is a must, with the appreciation for a fast-paced environment
• Strong communications, with a high energy and the ability to face off to PE operating partners
• Experience driving finance system, process and people change
• Self-starter, able to deal with ambiguity and deliver to tight deadlines
• Any legal sector experience a bonus but not a necessity

This is an initial 6 month contract outside IR35, with 3 days a week in the London office.
