Job Title:
Operational Director CCHI

Stanton House is supporting a Private Equity backed consumer goods business going through exceptional organic and acquisitive growth, to identify an experienced Operational Transformation Consultant to transition the company’s warehousing and O2C process to a new TOM which will set the business up for success and maximise the ROI for their investors.

 

This global business is looking for an experienced operational leader to transform their O2C environment across people, process and systems to a new partner and distribution network.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will quickly understand the current operational model before providing leadership, insight, expertise and execution-based leadership to transition operations to the new model, utilising their technology platform to deliver accurate demand, inventory and forecasting information.

 

In the role, you will balance leading on strategy and delivering through others with the ability to get right into the detail to drive lasting change.

 

Specific deliverables will include:

 

  • Implementing the periodic O2C processes in the new TOM without any impact to supply or existing invoicing.
  • Lead the physical and financial shift of inventory between warehousing facilities.
  • Lead on development of processes and ways of working, lining everything to the company’s chosen Dynamics ERP platform.
  • Leading the transition to the new model and cut-over planning and execution.
  • Coordinating PMO and communication across the programme.
  • Liaising with the CFO, COO and SVP to ensure swift decision making and engagement
  • Implementing S&OP Planning, ensuring accurate data management and P&L management to support business growth.

 

Requirements:

 

We are looking for an experienced consultant who can evidence:

 

  • A strong track record in transforming operational Order to Cash processes in complex, global organisations.
  • A background in consumer goods, healthcare of pharmaceuticals is essential.
  • A strong consulting tool kit with the ability to impact people, process and systems.
  • A proven understanding pf leading enterprise-wide programmes sponsored by executive team members.
  • Experience of delivering ERP transformation and process definition.
  • An ability to cut through clutter and produce commercially sound recommendations without over elaboration.
  • The communication skills and EQ to engage with and influence exec level stakeholders.
  • A bias for action and for getting things done with a clear outcome focus and an entrepreneurial spirit.
