FP&A Business Partner

My client is a UK based edge infrastructure platform provider. They enable customers to collate servers, access high-speed networks and connect to service providers, cloud providers and system integrators.

Due to growth, the Head of FP&A requires a Finance Business Partner to join the team. This role will be based in Maidenhead three days per week (non-negotiable); the office is located close to Maidenhead Station and there is parking on site.

They are offering a salary of £75,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualification with up to 5 years post qualified experience desirable
• Previous experience of owning a three-statement model
• Good understanding of Excel, ability to navigate around Excel, manipulate models, make improvements
• Experience leading a budget process - budgeting, forecasting and modelling
• Stakeholder management experience, ability to engage with senior leadership team. Be the link between finance and the rest of the business

Responsibilities:

• Own the financial budget/forecasting model
• Own the budget/forecast collaboration cycle with the business including involvement with template issuance, providing guidance and collating/reviewing inputs from the business and owning the financial model
• Preparation and submit of monthly reporting packs for key C-level stakeholders
• Engage with Exec and senior leadership teams in the wider business to support initiatives and drive activity to maximise profitability
• Driving the monthly performance management of cost saving initiatives within the business
• Provide ad-hoc strategic financial modelling and analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
