Job Title: Finance Project Manager

Day Rate: £550 - £650 per day
Hybrid Working: 3 days per week office based - 2 days remote based
About the Role:
Stanton House are working with a fast growing Logistics business who are looking for an experienced Finance Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support the implementation and optimisation of their finance systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our business transformation, ensuring the successful delivery of financial projects and process improvements within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage finance-related projects with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations to ensure alignment of financial systems with business objectives.
Provide strategic oversight and hands-on support for system integration, process improvement, and financial reporting.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within scope.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to finance teams on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact between finance and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Key Requirements:
Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance project management within a logistics or similar industry.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance modules.
Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Availability: Must be immediately available to start.
