Programme Manager

• Location: London 3 days per week
• Day rate: c. £800-850 P/D outside IR35
• Duration: 6-month contract
• Start date: ASAP

Role overview:

As the Programme Manager your role will be to develop and manage the strategic programme plan for a high-volume logistics organisation. This is a key role within the organisation for someone who is experiences in leading operational efficiency programmes and can drive the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an end-to-end programme focused on optimising the customer journey and logistics processes
• Work closely with and gain the trust of senior stakeholders across Operational, Commercial and Technology teams
• Lead on scoping and execution of the strategy assessing the ongoing performance and refining if necessary
• Drive data driven decision making to enhance the efficiency of logistical processes
• Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver within scope and meet deadlines

Experience essential to be considered for the role:

• Proven experience in programme management within logistics, supply chain, or retail organisations
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills as you will be required to report to senior leadership
• Ability to manage complex projects with various dependencies
• A data driven individual with experience of using insights to enhance performance
