Location - Mainly Remote

Day rate - £550-650 outside IR35

Contract length - 6 months

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Process Manager to lead our client's efforts in designing, implementing, and optimising internal business processes. As a process manager you will lead a team of four to five process analysts, focusing primarily on finance and HR processes within a construction-based company's IT strategy project.

You will spearhead process remediation efforts within a structured sprint process, collaborating with diverse data stakeholders to propose substantial recommendations aimed at realizing phased business benefits and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of business processes.
  • Oversee continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.
  • Manage a process remediation program and lead all related efforts in a sprint format.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
  • Drive compliance and ensure all process standards and guidelines are rigorously adhered to.
  • Provide strong, phased recommendations for operational improvement and business benefit.
  • Lead execution of changes to system and transactional processes to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Strong team management experience leading a team of process analysts to drive process improvements
  • Previous process management background, leading Finance and HR process improvements
  • Any M&A (Mergers & Acquisition) experience preferable
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience joining a project midway through with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
