Job Title: Interim Sales Compensation Finance Analyst (6 months - Outside IR35)
Job Summary:
Stanton House is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Interim Sales Compensation Finance Analyst to manage and optimise sales commission structures for a growing global PE backed business in London. This role will work closely with the finance, investment, and sales teams to ensure compensation aligns with performance metrics, regulatory requirements, and strategic business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial acumen, experience in commission calculations, and the ability to analyse sales data to drive accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate, review, and process sales commissions in accordance with private equity portfolio company compensation structures.
- Analyse investment and sales performance data to ensure accuracy in commission payouts and incentive structures.
- Collaborate with finance, investment, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and improve commission accuracy.
- Maintain detailed commission records and generate insightful reports for senior management.
- Assist in the design and continuous optimisation of sales compensation models to align with firm objectives.
- Ensure all compensation practices adhere to compliance standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified accounting professional (ACCA/ ACA or CIMA)
- Experience in finance, private equity, investment banking, or sales operations, preferably with commission calculations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools; experience with commission management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
