Group FP&A Manager

Salary - £70,000-£90,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance, bonus and great pension.

Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week in office.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join a large fantastic FTSE 100 business based in Berkshire. This role is crucial for driving the financial planning and analysis across the organisation, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and will be instrumental in providing insightful financial analysis and support to key stakeholders. It will reporting into the Group FP&A director and has great opportunity to progress across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance and financial insight to senior management and executive teams.
• Analyse long-term financial performance and forecasts, highlighting trends and variances.
• Analysis of P&L, cashflow and balance sheet to identify risk and opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
• Support investor relations and other key business unit teams

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a large organization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrable experience using data and systems
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems and tools.
