Change Management Lead - S/4 Hana Finance Transformation

Location: London - Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12 months
Reports To: ERP Program Director

Are you a strategic change management lead ready to guide a business through a major enterprise transformation? We're looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to join a high-profile ERP implementation programme, with a consumer services client of ours

In this role, you'll develop and lead a comprehensive change management strategy to support the deployment of a new ERP system, working with senior stakeholders, program teams, and business units to ensure people are engaged, informed, and ready for change.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the end-to-end change management strategy for the ERP programme.

  • Align change efforts with overall program objectives and timelines.

  • Manage communications, expectations, and ongoing alignment throughout the transformation.

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments across people, processes, and technology.

  • Collaborate with the training lead to support learning, readiness, and behavioural change.

  • Identify areas of resistance and proactively develop mitigation tactics.

  • Manage and resolve change-related risks and issues across business units.

  • Establish and lead a network of change champions to support local engagement.

Candidate Experience:

  • Proven experience leading change management in large-scale transformations, ideally ERP-related (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).

  • Deep understanding of change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter.

  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive practical change strategies.

  • Skilled in resistance management, training collaboration, and leading change networks.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with diverse stakeholder needs.

This programme of work is likely to kick off at the start of summer and so we are able to consider candidates either immediately available, available from June, or on a 4 week maximum notice period.
