FP&A Manager
FP&A Manager required for a growing MedTech company based in Middlesex!
£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus and Benefits
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified chartered finance professional to join a privately held, MedTech company. They have a good growth plan and you will play a pivotal role in the commercial finance team with a focus on ensuring accurate month-end close, presenting P&L reports, support on strategic decisions, managing budgets, developing KPI dashboards, and supporting process improvements and automations as well as partnering with the Executive team. You will also be a key player in enhancing processes and setting out best practice for colleagues. You’ll be a part of a team that is committed to their core values and aligned with their mission to deliver person-centred support and innovative healthcare solutions.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
- Qualified Accountant
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience with PowerBI would be desirable but not essential
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
- Hands on approach
- Attention to detail with the ability to stand back and see the bigger picture
- Strong excel and systems skills
A little more information about the role:
- To be responsible for the reporting, analysis and planning for the group
- Ownership of the forecasting and budgeting process for the business
- Providing the business with analysis and guidance and support that will aid strategic decision making
- Assist is preparing the board packs, delivering ad-hoc analysis and supporting management presentations
- Making sure that the month end process is as accurate and efficient as possible
- Supporting with continuous improvements across the finance team and wider business as well as being involved with system implementations
