FP&A Director

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience with financial systems and Power BI
• Proven experience in business partnering and commercial analysis, preferably in a large organisation
• Lead and develop the FP&A team, managing direct and indirect reports across multiple locations.

• Manage quarterly forecasts and provide insights on future risks and opportunity
• Develop, implement, and maintain analytical reporting tools to measure business performance.
• Lead the UK & Ireland FP&A team, providing financial planning, analysis, and business support.
• Act as a finance business partner to Senior Leadership Team
