P2P Business Analyst

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working - 3 days office based)
Contract Length: 6 months
Stanton House are working with a support services business who are looking to recruit a P2P Business Analyst to support a major finance transformation initiative.This role is part of a wider change management program focused on modernising finance processes, automating manual tasks, and enhancing supplier payments.
The role:
- Working across the Finance team to lead as-is/to-be processes
- Process mapping within Finance operations and extending out into other business functions
- Helping the business and finance function to understand their current processes
- Requirements gathering
- Developing future process maps to generate improvements to service quality
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple sites to streamline processes.
The Candidate:
- P2P expertise - experience in Purchase to Pay is a must.
- Process mapping & automation - help drive the transition from manual to digital.
- Stakeholder management - ability to work cross-functionally in a structured framework.
- Attention to detail - ensuring everything links end-to-end.
