FP&A Manager - Join a Leading Household Brand on an Exciting Transformation Journey!

Stanton House is partnering with a renowned household name, seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join their commercial team during a period of exciting change and business turnaround. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a well-established brand.

As the FP&A Manager, you will work alongside a specialized team and take ownership of key responsibilities, including:

• Leading cash flow forecasting and analysis
• Managing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth
• Developing and maintaining financial models to provide actionable insights
• Creating and enhancing management reporting packs to support executive decision-making
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insight into business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas of opportunity or concern
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various Head of finance to optimize financial performance, improve cost efficiency, and enhance revenue forecasting accuracy.
• Streamlined reporting processes, implement automation tools, and provided insightful analysis to drive operational improvements.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Transaction Services, Deals, Corporate Finance, or Restructuring. You should be ACA (or equivalent) and/or CFA qualified, with a passion for delivering financial insights that drive change.

Role Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: 9-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
• Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
• Location: West London / Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
