Job Title:
Interim Strategic/Corporate Finance Manager

Stanton House is recruiting for an Interim Strategic/Corporate Finance Manager to join a Services Business in London on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This hybrid role is offering £700 per day Outside IR35.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 5-10 year financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) to support strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Evaluate capital allocation strategies, including debt repayment and reinvestment
  • Collaborate with business units to align financial strategy with operational goals
  • Assess refinancing options such as term loans, revolvers, and venture capital
  • Support due diligence, data room preparation, and lender/advisor engagement
  • Model debt scenarios and covenant impacts; recommend optimal capital structures
  • Prepare board-ready and investor-facing materials on capital structure, refinancing, and liquidity
  • Track and analyse key financial and operational metrics related to debt and leverage
  • Coordinate with Legal, Treasury, and external advisors on refinancing documentation and execution
  • Partner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure aligned forecasts and reporting
  • Other deliverables include advanced financial models, consolidated capital plans, long-term financial planning, complete capital models, and refinancing support

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills is critical, including scenario analysis
  • Familiarity with capital markets, debt instruments, and financial covenant frameworks
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
  • Experience with refinancing transactions or large-scale capital planning projects
  • Successful track record in executing debt or equity raises is a strong plus
