My client is a private equity-backed business renowned for its significant organic and acquisitive growth. They seek a Financial Reporting Manager, a key position within the finance team. The ideal candidate will have superior financial analysis skills, expert technical accounting knowledge, and proven leadership capabilities, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming financial data into meaningful insights and implementing improvements in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and manage the financial audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Support the Group Financial Controller in tax and treasury management activities.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting efficiency across the organisation.
• Collaborate with finance team members on continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Newly or recently qualified accountant with an ACA qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
