Job Title:
Data Integration & Reconciliation Accountant

Stanton House is currently recruiting an Interim Data Integration & Reconciliation Accountant to join a PE-Backed Real Estate Business in London on a 3-month contract (possible extension). This role offers a day rate of £350 - £400 (IR35 to be determined) depending on experience and working 4 days in the office and one day from home. Their offices are based in Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a backlog of finance challenges, including issues with reconciliation, ledger updates, and payment applications.
  • Address data inconsistencies between key systems.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot and address challenges.
  • Work across 18 different locations, ensuring consistent and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilise strong Excel skills to analyse and interpret data effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to streamline processes.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (ACA preferred).
  • Proven reconciliation experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and manage multiple tasks.
