Interim Finance Business Partner

Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a Large Support Services Business in South-West England on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract. This hybrid role works 2 days per week in office and the rest from home. It pays a pro-rated salary of up to £85,000 per annum (benefits to be confirmed).

Responsibilities:

• Business Partner with stakeholders to drive financial performance and provide insightful financial analysis.
• Manage complex financial portfolios and lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Support the Shared Services team in managing ambiguity and navigating restructuring processes.
• Deliver strategic advice and recommendations to senior management to optimise financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven project management experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial tasks and projects independently.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
