  • Oversee the timely and accurate completion of month-end and quarter-end reporting in collaboration with the FP&A team.
  • Manage the financial integration and accounting of new acquisitions.
  • Supervise a Junior Accountant, ensuring smooth execution of bookkeeping, AP/AR, royalty payments, and tax functions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations, including intercompany balances.
  • Prepare annual financial statements, including group consolidation, and manage the audit process.
  • Oversee covenant reporting, debt management, and treasury functions such as FX and intercompany funding.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant with strong technical expertise.
  • Experience in building finance operations in a growing, international business environment.
  • Experience in the music industry or related fields such as publishing and royalty-based businesses is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Ability to work four days per week from our London office, with flexibility where required.
