FP&A Manager (6 months) - PE Backed Portfolio Company

Stanton House is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a Private Equity backed portfolio company in the healthcare space for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a remotely based contract and there is the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis - Lead budget preparation, board slides, forecasting, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting.
• Strategic & Commercial Support - Provide financial insights and analysis to drive business performance.
• Capital Structure Expertise - Understand and manage different financial instruments, including ordinary shares, preference shares, loan notes, and debt structures.
• Dashboard Maintenance - Maintain and update an existing dashboard by pulling key data from various operational platforms.
• Bank Covenant Management - Ensure compliance with covenant requirements, liaising with stakeholders as necessary.
• Experience in SMEs - Ideally, the candidate will have experience in smaller company environments where adaptability and hands-on involvement are essential.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Extensive FP&A experience from within a Private Equity. A solid understanding of capital structures and commercial finance is required.
• Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in cash flow and balance sheet management.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data for business decision-making.
